I've been loving these post-workout protein shakes that taste just like Starbucks "frappuccino"s. It has less sugar and way more protein, plus it's easy to make at home!
My favorite protein powders are Vanilla Vega Sport and ATP Lab Beef in Vanilla (only in Canada). In fact, I love to combine these two!
Of course, you're welcome to use any protein powder you like. Chocolate tastes great, too!
I used a double shot of espresso (36g) in this recipe, since we have the luxury of a double boiler espresso machine at home. However, this would taste just as good with cold brew or pour over. Just remove some of the water content if you don't want your drink to be too liquidy.
